FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I see the stands before buying?

Of course, we encourage and recommend having a presentation before to see the stands you want or to identify together your presentation needs. Contact us and if you have your headquarters in Bucharest or Ilfov we will come to make you a presentation, without any cost or obligation for you to buy.

2. When and how is made the delivery?

The delivery is free and is made by an eXcelexpo employee or by courier.

3. What is the delivery time?

For the available stands, the delivery time is next working day. For stands which are not on the stock or for the customized stands the delivery time is specified in the offer. Also, in case the available stands needs to be personalized the delivery time is delayed with 1-3 working days depending of the stand and personalization.

4. Can the stands be personalized?

All the offered stands can be personalized. For presentation stands in section „banner" and „ posting" The personalization is made through prints (different sizes and materials depending of stand). For catalogues stands, the personalization is made through cutter plotter sticker or printed and plastified sticker. Excepting the specified cases, the personalization is not included in the stand’s price and is separately priced.

5. Can the stands be adjusted?

Most of the stands can be adjusted in some limits to better respond to your requirements. For example Pliant eXcel stand can be adjusted as follows: wider or deeper pockets, different position for the pockets, various colour for the materials, etc.

6. Can you produce stand 100% customized stands?

We can produce 100% customized stands; to respect totally your specification and requirements.

7. Can the personalization be changed later?

Of course, for all stands the personalization can be changd/modified later.

Contact us and we will come to your place to pick-up the stands and then bring them with the new personalization (for Bucharest and Ilfov). For the rest of the country it will be used courier services.

8. How and in what format shall I send the layouts for personalizing the ordered stands?

All the layouts shall have the following characteristics:
  • TIF format file
  • CMYK
  • 1:1 scale
  • resolution of minim 72 dpi (we recommend 150 dpi or higher )


You may send Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files but all the texts should be converted at curves or the fonts should be attached.
The layouts can be send by e-mail (for files up to 10 MB), through FTP or on CD/DVD through a courier service. Please use the Contact section for details.

9. What is the guarantee of the presentation stands?

Most of the presentation stands benefits of 1 year guarantee. Only PopUp stands benefits of 2 years guarantee and 100% plexiglas stands (such us Zig-Zag Stand 5XA4, showroom stand, wall display, etc.) which have no guarantee. The guarantee is insured in conformity with the provisions contained in Guarantee and Conformity Certificate and do not extend over accessories.

10. What are the high quantities discounts? What is the discount for the advertising agencies /resellers?

Excelexpo SRL offers the following discounts:
  1. mini-volume discount: 5% discount for any 3 stands per order – for final users
  2. fidelity discount: 5% discount for clients with at least 1 year from the firs issued invoice – for final users
  3. reseller discount: 20% discount – for companies with reseller status (for specific details please ask for offer!)
  4. volume discount: vary depending on quantity – for final users and resellers
  5. promotional discounts: for various stands in specific periods which will be announced on site and by e-mails – for final users and resellers

  • The discounts specified at 1.and 2. sections are offered to final users and can be cumulated if both prerequisites are fulfilled.
  • Reseller discount (pct. 3.) is offered to resellers: advertising, media, distribution agencies, etc. or any other company which purchase the eXcelexpo stands for reselling purposes, irrespective of number of stands per order or the date of first invoice. Reseller discount cannot be cumulated with any of the 2 discounts mentioned at 1.and 2. sections (taken separately or together) but replace them. The condition of keeping the reseller status after first year is achieving a cumulated yearly order of minim 1000 Euro. If the cumulated yearly order is below that level, Excelexpo SRL reserve its right of not offering the reseller discount to that company in the following year and to consider it final user.
  • Volume discount (from 4. section) is offered to final users and resellers and cannot be cumulated with any of the 3 discounts mentioned at. 1., 2. or 3. sections (taken separately or together) but replace them being higher than those. Volume discount is offered for high quantities/values of the order (irrespective of the fact that the delivery is made in one or many lots as agreed). Volume discount is agreed with the sales representative for every specific order.
  • Promotional discount is offered to final users and resellers and cannot be cumulated with any of the 4 discounts mentioned at. 1., 2. 3. or 4. sections (taken separately or together). Depending of the value of the promotional discount and on the client type (final user or reseller), it will be applied the most advantageous discount for the client. Promotional discount is temporary and its value and period are decided with at least 15 days in advance. Promotional discount will be advertised on the site and by e-mail to all registered users in Excelexpo SRL database (following a previously communication and which do not required to unsubscribe).

 

Note: All of the above mentioned discounts are not offered for accessories/personalization of the stands (prints, banners, stickers, etc.) or for the renting fees.
